.ldtEcho/.ldtErrEcho
Description
- Displays the current LogDate and LogTime followed by an optional message.
- .ldtEcho echoes "yyyymmdd hhmnss Text" to STDOUT. LogDate is always yyyymmdd,
LogTime is always hhmnss. Text is optional.
- .ldtErrEcho does the same, but echoes to STDERR.

- [Text] longer than 54 characters may wrap in an 80-column console window.
- Leading zeroes will be added to months, days, hours and minutes less than 10
- Variables within [Text] will be expanded (like "CALL ECHO").
- For standard DATE and TIME output in local format, see the ".dtEcho" command.
